event.
ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS
Local artists wishing to show and sell original work. Manufactured pieces
are not accepted. Visit

information.
FOOD VENDORS
Definition: Businesses selling approved menu items
that include food and non-alcoholic beverages.
SPECIAL ACTIVITY VENDORS
Definition: Businesses offering an activity or experience for
customers at an extra cost. Examples include paid attractions such as
rock walls, palm readers and face painters. Businesses that are not selling goods or wares.
COMMERCIAL VENDORS
Definition: Businesses selling or promoting their services, goods and wares.

DOWNTOWN MESA RESTAURANTS
Definition: Restaurants that operate in downtown Mesa are invited to
set up an additional temporary location within the event to sell approved
menu items or promote your business. If your business wants additional space to set up a temporary
location within the event, you will need to fill out an application. If your
restaurant plans to operate at its normal location on July 1 – 2 but you DO
NOT plan on setting-up a temporary location within the event, you DO NOT
need to fill out an application.
NON-PROFIT
Definition: Organizations that are sharing educational information
through displays and pamphlet distribution or offering goods for sale with
the purpose of fundraising for their organization or cause. Non-profit
booths are prohibited from selling food and beverage items.
